"I LOVED the way you demystified, simplified, and debunked the myths of sourdough baking! Thanks so much. I was really nervous about learning this skill because [as a mom of a 4-months old] I didn't think I had the brain capacity or attention span to tackle sourdough, but I left feeling confident i could do on my own!

”My highlights of the class were baking and tasting the loaves and learning how to care for the starter. And the class flow from one step to the next was SO SMOOTH!"

- Jenny

”You clearly know what you’re talking about! I loved learning the basics first before thinking about anything farther down the line. And the great thing is if I DO mess up, I have the WhatsApp chat so can ask. Overall, I think the class was fantastic. I’m so glad I was able to take part! And I was really surprised by how much stuff I got to take away at the end!”

”My daughter has a lot of food allergies and intolerances with her condition and we absolutely loved the gluten-free sourdough loaf. I can't believe how easy it is."

About Laura

Founded and run by Laura and her family, The Lazy Bakers Club intends to be multi-generational and always fun. Her kids are involved in recipes, videos, and if you like the chaos of kids, they'd LOVE to teach the class. After 15 years working in science, technology, health, and adult education, Laura became a stay-at-home mom. But the call to educate and experiment persisted and that's how The Lazy Bakers Club was born. Spreading the word of how simple sourdough really is and creating community around experimentation and learning. Laura on LinkedIn

FAQs

How is class with The Lazy Bakers Club different than other sourdough classes?

There's a few ways we're different but most importantly, this is a hands-on class, NOT a demonstration. Another way our approach is unique is that we will teach you the SIMPLEST and easiest way to make your loaves and care for your starter. This is truly a perfect class for beginner bakers who don't want to spend a lot of time to have wonderfully gut-healthy, homemade bread.

Who can join?
