Class Overview
Get ready to learn and also to likely fail a little at first! But also be confident knowing you’ll never make a bad loaf. Homemade is always better than not made.
Classes are available in classic sourdough and gluten-free sourdough. Class is $100 per participant.
During class you’ll learn:
How to bake and score a classic sourdough loaf
How to bake a focaccia
How to prep dough for your loaf
How to take care of your starter
How to shape your dough for its second proofing
How to add inclusions into your loaf
During class you receive:
sourdough starter

bench scraper
one baked mini-loaf
enough dough for a loaf to be baked at home
